Welcome to Talk 2 Ray
Hello, I’m Rachel Leech (she/her/they/them), a fully qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, and clininal supervisor based in Buxton, Derbyshire with over 20 years experience. I offer a warm, calm, and supportive space where you can feel heard, seen, and understood.

My approach
I’m an integrative, trauma informed, client-led therapist – which means I tailor my approach to suit you. I combine psychodynamic, humanistic, creative and mindfulness-based approaches to support people in a way that’s gentle, respectful, and effective.
Experience
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked in schools, hospices, private practice and with community services. In addition to my private practice I’m currently the Service Lead for the Adult and Children’s Counselling and Family Support Service at a local Hospice.
I work with adults, young people, and children, I hold a current enhanced DBS check, BACP Registered Member and works in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework. Registered with ICO, and fully insured.
